Looking for a Senior Designer – Product, Service and Content to join us in Oslo

Your specialty could be content design, UX, visual design, service design, product management, or experimentation and CRO. Your breadth is that you take holistic responsibility for the client, the assignment and your colleagues. And you love the craft and want to make us better.

You work in cross-disciplinary teams, close to the clients. You break down problems and find the best way forward for the client, the client’s customers and the market they operate in. You use AI where it makes the solution, the work or the process better. You stay up to date and have opinions on where the field is heading. And you are an advisor that clients trust.

Consultancy or product organisation? At Netlife you get both. Sometimes you sit in the client’s product team and follow a product or service over time. Other times we build the whole service with our own team from Youngstorget 3. You need to be comfortable with both ways of working.

• are properly senior. We see that in years of experience, or in how you take responsibility, see the whole picture and lift the people around you
• have worked in an agency or consultancy, and preferably in a product organisation too
• are as comfortable in a workshop as in Figma
• prototype yourself, preferably in code, and take responsibility for making sure the design holds up when it meets reality
• work well across disciplines, without sharp elbows or sensitive toes
• like to share how you work, what you achieved and what went wrong
• speak and write good Norwegian
