Senior Project Manager
Are you a digital project manager with solid experience, strong collaborative skills and a natural ability to maintain an overview of complex projects? Can you balance technical requirements with business objectives – whilst keeping the team engaged and in good spirits? If so, you might be just the person we’re looking for.

About the role
At Dwarf, we believe in the imaginative combination of creativity, technology and business acumen – this is how we create valuable digital products and experiences for our clients. With an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach, we design and develop solutions that both inspire and deliver measurable results.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a key player in the delivery of our projects across disciplines and clients. You will drive complex digital initiatives from concept to implementation in an agile process, ensuring they are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget – and always with the client’s business at the centre.
You will be responsible for facilitating cross-disciplinary collaboration between designers, developers, strategists and clients. You are the one who provides the big picture and direction, and who ensures that all stakeholders are well-informed and committed to the project’s success.
You will be part of a team of seven skilled project managers and will be based at our office in Frederiksberg.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale digital projects – websites, platforms and applications – from brief to launch.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard using an agile process.
- Develop project plans and scopes, and manage resources, deadlines and finances.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Act as a link between business objectives and technical execution.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment of expectations among all project stakeholders.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in processes and collaboration.
- Foster engagement and direction within the team – and be the one who brings out the best in everyone.
Your profile
- You have solid experience as a project manager in a similar environment – such as an agency or tech company – and can demonstrate a proven track record.
- You are both a strategic thinker and operationally strong, and thrive on navigating complex projects.
- You have a technical understanding and can communicate effectively with both developers and business people – simultaneously, if required.
- You have strong people skills, communicate clearly and build trust in your relationships.
- You are a natural facilitator and are motivated by making teams and projects succeed.
- You work in a structured and proactive manner and take responsibility – even under pressure.
- You speak and write fluent Danish and English.
- You likely have a relevant degree from, for example, ITU, DTU, CBS, AAU or similar.
