You are a junior to mid-level professional with sufficient experience to manage projects independently and present to clients. You thrive at the intersection of business and creativity, and are just as comfortable brainstorming ideas with an art director as you are discussing target audience insights with a client.

You naturally take on the role of the person who gets different disciplines to collaborate and understand one another, and you are pedagogical and inclusive in your process.

You have a genuine interest in how technology is changing strategic work – from research tools to how we can develop and use AI in our process.

You work closely with our Planning Director and strategy team and see this as an opportunity to continue growing

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant degree in, for example, communication, marketing, branding, strategy or behavioural science
• Has 1–3 years’ experience in communication, branding or strategy from, for example, an agency, an internship or an in-house role
• Is confident in presenting ideas, leading discussions and collaborating with both clients and creatives
• Are curious about culture, contemporary society and how technology and AI are changing communication and strategy work
• Thrive in a role where you can combine analysis, creativity and collaboration
• Are a good communicator, unpretentious and enjoy helping different disciplines understand one another
