Senior Strategist
We’re looking for a Senior Strategist to help shape clear, compelling strategies for ambitious brands. You’ll work closely with creative, design and client teams to turn complex business challenges into focused strategic direction, grounded in insight and made actionable through creative work. This is a senior role with substantial influence: you’ll help define problems, guide thinking and raise the strategic bar across projects.
What you’ll do
Lead strategic thinking across brand, communication and experience projects.
Translate business objectives, cultural insight and audience understanding into clear brand and communication strategic frameworks.
Partner closely with creatives to develop ideas that are both distinctive and effective.
Inspire the creative work that moves audiences and strengthens brand experience.
Facilitate workshops and conversations with clients to align teams and clarify direction.
Contribute to proposals, pitches and the ongoing development of Make’s strategic offering.
Drive thought leadership strategies for clients and for Make across our communications channels.
What you’ll bring
Solid experience in strategy from a creative agency, consultancy or similar environment.
Strong ability to turn qualitative and quantitativeinsight into clear direction that creatives and clients can act on.
Confidence leading conversations with senior clients and internal teams.
Strong ability to balance analytical rigour with creative intuition across brand and communication.
A point of view and the ability to articulate and defend it.
Skilled at networking and attracting clients to our consultancy.
