Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer
Agency: AART
Location: Copenhagen
Deadline: 01/03/2026
Contract: Full-time
Level: Junior or Mid-level

Storyteller. Craftsman. Aesthete.

Are you AART's new graphic designer?

Do you dream of working in a creative company where aesthetic and visual communication play a crucial role for our brand and business? And are you passionate about encapsulating and transforming our identity and unique storytelling into visual content across platforms and formats? Then you may be our next graphic designer.

We are looking for a junior graphic designer who can help bring our many stories and unique approach to architecture to life across platforms and formats. Therefore, it is important that you, as our new colleague, are interested in architecture and urban development – and that you are curious about AART and the way we work. Then you can help encapsulate and communicate our story.

You will be part of the communications department, which is responsible for all internal and external communications across our seven offices. You will play a central role in the development of our daily storytelling and communication across our many formats and channels, where we work with video, photography, visualisations and graphics as visual tools.

You will be part of a creative, social and interdisciplinary workplace with colleagues across Scandinavia, and you will have excellent opportunities to develop yourself and your professional skills.

Your tasks will include:

  • Co-creation with senior graphic designers and the communications team on updating and implementing CVI tasks, storytelling concepts, campaigns, templates, major communications concepts and publications.
  • Developing and implementing content for AART's platforms, where you will convey our stories in a lively, original and aesthetic way.
  • Developing and designing AART's Instagram, which we imagine you will be responsible for together with our communications officer.
  • Designing web cases and news items, where text, images, graphics and drawings combine to create a cohesive narrative.
  • Setting up printed publications and presentation materials, for example.
  • Providing day-to-day graphic assistance to our colleagues – e.g. image processing.

And much more ...

About you

  • You are a skilled craftsman and have a good understanding of visual compositions.
  • You are ambitious, outgoing and efficient – and you come to work with a positive attitude.
  • We imagine that you are a recent graduate or have a few years of experience, and that you are ready to join the team and take responsibility for your own tasks.
  • You are passionate about branding and communicating through images, video and graphics.
  • You have an eye for aesthetics and understand how text and visual communication create a cohesive narrative – and you can write short texts, e.g. for an Instagram story.
  • If you have skills in animation, video editing, PowerPoint, image editing and photography, this is a big plus – and something we would very much like to hear about.
  • If you are already familiar with the architecture and construction industry, this is a plus.

Who are we?

AART is one of Scandinavia's leading architectural firms with approximately 250 employees. We are based in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Frederikssund, Roskilde, Oslo, Stockholm and Hamburg. From here, we create resource-conscious and forward-thinking architecture every day.

We develop everything from entire neighbourhoods to museums, schools, senior living communities and hospitals – always with the aim of translating our clients' needs into architecture with a positive impact.
